THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

Read, agree, and tick below;

1. In this Deed, the expression "performance" shall mean (a) dramatic performance (which includes dance and mime), (b) Musical performance as defined under section 23 of the Copyright Act, whether now existing or hereafter made, eligible for protection under the Copyright Act.

2. The Assignor assigns to MCSN all rights in the Assignor's performances—whether existing or future—including performing, communication, reproduction, synchronization, adaptation, and broadcasting rights worldwide, to be held exclusively by MCSN as long as they exist and are controlled by MCSN under its Articles of Association.

3. MCSN hereby covenants with the Assignor that MCSN shall from time to time pay to the Assignor such sums of money out of the monies collected by MCSN in respect of the exercise of the rights assigned to MCSN in the performances of its members as the Assignor shall be entitled to receive in accordance with the Rules of MCSN for the time being in force.

4. The Assignor warrants full authority to assign the Assigned Rights to MCSN, ensures the performances do not infringe on other copyrights, indemnifies MCSN against any claims or losses, and agrees to provide additional documents as needed to enforce these rights.
