"Performance" includes any live or recorded use of your music, like singing, playing, dancing, or acting it out, as recognized under Nigeria’s Copyright Act. This covers all your works, now and in the future.

This defines what we’re protecting—every way your music is used.

You give MCSN full control over your music rights worldwide, including playing, sharing, copying, adapting, syncing (e.g., with videos), and broadcasting it. This applies to all your existing and future works, for as long as MCSN manages them under our rules.

MCSN will collect money (royalties) from those who use your music—on radio, TV, online, or live—and pay you your fair share based on our current rules. We’ll keep working to get you what you deserve.
