The Musical Copyright Society Nigeria (MCSN) is looking for a skilled Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our organization, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service at our Oyo office.
Responsibilities
- Reception Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and a warm demeanor.
- Telephone Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and handle messages accurately.
- Administrative Support: Assist in daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and organizing office supplies.
- Customer Service: Address general inquiries, provide accurate information about the organization, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Mail and Document Handling: Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Office Coordination: Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Event Support: Assist in coordinating meetings, events, or other office activities as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of an OND or equivalent in Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A positive and approachable personality.
