NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Musical Copyright Society Nigeria Limited by Guarantee (MCSN), whose names appear on the register of the Society as of 31st December 2023, will be held on Thursday, 12th December 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the Banquet Hall, Lagos Airport Hotel, Obafemi Awolowo Way, Ikeja, Lagos.
Agenda:
- Receive and consider the Chairman’s Report of events and developments as at 31st December 2023.
- Receive and approve the Directors’ Report for the year ended 31st December 2023.
- Receive and approve the Financial Report for the year ended 31st December 2023, along with the Auditors’ Report.
- Approve distributions for the year ended 31st December 2023 in accordance with the distribution rules in force.
- Conduct any other business permissible during the Annual General Meeting.

- Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the start time to complete the check-in process.
- Bring a valid means of identification (e.g., membership card or official ID).
- Copies of the Chairman’s Report, Audited Financial Report, and Directors’ Report are being sent by surface delivery and and will also be provided upon arrival.
